COMMANDING GENERAL’S VISION 2027
We are ONE CENTER with a TRUSTED REPUTATION measured in THREE:
A Reputation with Warfighters. Army and Joint Warfighters trust what happens at Fort Eisenhower and respect our opinion on matters related to signal, cyber, electromagnetic warfare, and information warfare. We are thought-leaders in cyber operations, network operations, or cybersecurity throughout the Joint Force; the Army leads with excellence. A Reputation with our Students. Graduates of all ranks trust Fort Eisenhower as their alma mater and eagerly remain connected to us for continued learning, professional development, education, and reach-back support. A Reputation with Experts. Academic and Industry partners are attracted to the uniqueness of Fort Eisenhower: a powerful CDID, a focused CCOE, and operational commands informing what our Army needs. We attract interest, talent, and solutions from industry partners and participate in academic thinking & writing in our domains. As ONE CENTER, we step into the doors of a 21st Century Campus, having set aside parochialisms and eradiated status quo; we are stronger together because our future demands new and innovative solutions, not old habits.
WHAT WE MUST DO IN CY 2025
• Put energy & meaning into DOTMLPF Integration; align with TIC 2.0 and C2FIX
• Drive an improved reality for electromagnetic warfare; take ownership & lead
• Articulate success for Army information activities; end debate, create action
• Relentlessly and consistently pursue funding for Cyber COE 21st Century Campus
WHAT WE MUST DO BY THE END OF CY 2026
• Refresh every POI in support of TIC 2.0; reward agile thinking & training
• Release doctrine that converts vision of EW and IA into action at echelon
• Experiment with technologies necessary to keep formations connected and lethal
• Assume deeper responsibility for advanced cyber training for the Joint Force
• Integrate APAC into CCoE business practices and battle rhythm
If our Army goes to war, it is more ready because of us, not despite us.
